Buses serve most of the towns and villages en route including Llanidloes, Llangurig, Rhayader, Hay-on-Wye, Hereford, Ross-on-Wye, Monmouth, Tintern and Chepstow. Many rural services operate a hail and ride system, meaning passengers may be picked up or set down at any point on the route where it is safe to do so. Look out for the bus and as it approaches raise your arm to signal to the driver you wish to board. Buses may not stop at every bus stop so tell the driver where you wish to alight.
