This unique little church is just off the Wye Valley Walk, but well worth a short detour. Although it looks ancient, it was in fact completed in 1902, and is a classic example of Arts and Crafts architecture and design. It was commissioned by Alice Foster in memory of her parents, and designed by architect William Lethaby. The church is full of delightful features inside and out. Inside the church, on either side of the altar are tapestries of angels by Burne Jones, made in the workshops of William Morris.
